Corso Karlín II is an office building that follows the design of its predecessor, Corso I, also created by Ricardo Bofill as part of the master plan for the New Karlín area. Together, the Corso I and II buildings form a striking architectural landmark, contributing to the creation of a unique micro-urban environment.
Corso II maintains the architectural language established by Corso I, with a white base and a brick-colored top that references the industrial heritage of the location. Special exterior panels coated with Venetian stucco connect the window openings, reflecting the facade’s segmentation as seen with Corso I.
Spanning 13,000 m², Corso II serves as a high-end office complex, offering a modern working environment with flexible open spaces, modular showrooms at street level, restaurants, and a three-story underground parking facility. It combines functionality with a distinctive architectural presence, meeting the needs of businesses while contributing to the aesthetic fabric of the Karlín district.
