This eco-friendly project is located on a former brownfield site, which is now an attractive area by the Vltava River, near parks, a golf course, and cycling paths. The first phase of the project was designed by the young Czech architectural studio under-construction architects, while the second phase was designed by the Slovenian studio Bevk Perović Arhitekti, who also created the urban design for the project. Each building in the complex has its own architectural signature, while still speaking a common architectural language.
The 14-story tower of the first phase features continuous balconies with views of the surrounding nature, visually expanding the living space and enhancing the connection to the outdoors. These balconies are complemented by multifunctional boxes, which not only provide sunlight but also ensure privacy for the apartments. The project focuses on simple maintenance, quality execution, spacious entrances, and thoughtful layouts.

The architectural office was founded in 1997 by Matija Bevk and Vasa J. Perović. This renowned international team is one of Slovenia’s leading architectural firms with a strong European presence. The studio has won the Plečnik Architecture Prize five times, and their design for the Faculty of Mathematics building in Ljubljana earned them the prestigious European Mies van der Rohe Award in 2007.

This Czech architectural studio, founded by Vladimír and Erika Vašut in 2007, specializes in residential projects and family homes, as well as interiors (e.g., Kotelna) and large-scale projects (e.g., Václav Havel Airport). They have been successful in a number of architectural competitions.

The project’s creators placed equal importance on the design and use of the spaces surrounding the residential buildings as they did on the architecture of the buildings themselves. Generous landscaping enhances the residential function of the complex, offering various opportunities for relaxation and active leisure—whether individually, for families, or the community. The landscaping design was created by Atelier Flera.
