I love today’s Karlín and enjoy visiting cities and places that combine the old with the new. I am inspired by modern Zen in architecture and design—functional, minimalist, and visually balanced spaces with elements of water and greenery that evoke a sense of calm. I adore Prague’s vineyards, where the urban and rural landscapes intersect, as well as city parks like Stromovka after its redevelopment. In the projects of the Karlín Group, I particularly look forward to more extensive landscaping, which allows us to cultivate similar qualities in our
urban developments.
