KAY River Lofts

This is another key architectural milestone that the Karlín Group contributed to the contemporary mosaic character of Karlín. This residential building is located directly on the banks of the Vltava River, close to the natural environment of Rohanský nábřeží. The author of this abstract solitaire is the renowned Czech architect, Ivan Kroupa. The elegantly angled façade relates to the river and surrounding landscape. The massive horizontal, perforated balconies are what creates the abstract presence, and the thoughtful arrangement of the apartments creates an attractive dynamic of light in the interiors. The spacious apartments, each with a balcony or terrace, offer exceptional views of the Vltava River and the Prague skyline.

KAY River Lofts is a joint project by three developers: The Karlín Group, Horizon Holding, and The Ungelt Group.
