River Diamond is a residential palace that harmonizes with its natural riverside setting, featuring a design that responds to the monumental presence of the nearby hotel and government buildings along the Vltava riverbank. The U-shaped composition of the building features a solid block-like mass facing the city, while the side wings with rhythmically placed balconies and bay windows, along with the varied use of materials, soften the form and contribute to the intimate atmosphere of the inner courtyard, which opens out towards the river.

The courtyard is divided into private gardens and a public space with mature greenery. A water feature separates it from the surrounding pedestrian zone. The landscaping of the pedestrian zone follows the garden concept of the River City complex and integrates into the adjacent parks, providing easy access to the river.

The developer behind the project was Riverbank Development, led by Serge Borenstein, the president of Karlín Group, alongside his partners Thomas Samii and the Immoconsult Group (part of Volksbank).
