A pair of elegant and timeless urban homes located in the heart of Karlín, near Karlín Square and the Křižíkova metro station. Designed by the internationally acclaimed Slovenian architects Bevk Perović Arhitekti, the project effectively utilizes an infill site and naturally connects to the surrounding buildings of the Corso complex. The main design concept was to break up the massive urban block and transform it into a dynamic structure that allows for sunlight to reach all the units.

The architectural office was founded in 1997 by Matija Bevk and Vasa J. Perović. Their renowned international team is one of the leading architectural firms in Slovenia with a strong European presence. The studio has won the Plečnik Award for Architecture five times, and their design for the Faculty of Mathematics building in Ljubljana earned the prestigious European Mies van der Rohe Award (2007).

This is achieved through a green atrium that divides the block into "two houses"—one with a serious façade facing the street, and the other with a playful façade opening onto a small public park. The two facades are made from different materials – one with white ceramic cladding, and the other with brick cladding, these reference the typical building materials of the historic industrial area.
The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering several duplex units as well as a rooftop penthouse. All units have a balcony or terrace, while the ground floor features generous commercial spaces.
